Trailer: The Lackey

The Lackey looks like my kinda film with Shaun Piccinino doing a great Statham impression. It’s part The Transporter and part Reservoir Dogs with plenty of awesome looking action. It also has the bonus of one Vernon Wells (Commando) in the cast. I’m looking forward to seeing the full film when it is released on DVD & VOD on Sept 17th!

SYNOPSIS: In this shoot-em-up kick ass action flick, bottom feeding thug Jude St. Clere discovers he has a young, practically homeless, malnourished daughter by his junkie ex-girlfriend, he vows to take care of her and leave his shadowed past behind him. But in order to acquire enough money to provide for his estranged daughter, he reluctantly takes on one last job, which quickly entwines him dead smack in the middle of a bloody Mob war. Knowing that his chances of making it out alive are slim, he plunges in guns blazing, because sometimes the only way out, is to go all in…
