Dead in Tombstone Getting a Sequel!

The Danny Trejo movie Dead in Tombstone was a bit of an underrated gem; it told the tale of  an outlaw (Danny Trejo) called Guerrero, a gang leader who gets double-crossed by his fellow gang members.

Striking a pact with the Devil after entering Hell, he resurfaces to the earthly world to avenge his own death by killing the men who murdered him.

Trejo was badass as always, it was nicely shot and had some cool music too; I always thought it deserved a sequel and now it looks like we getting one according to director Roel Reine.

On his Facebook page Reine states “Flying from Canada where we started production for my next American Movie: DEAD AGAIN IN TOMBSTONE, I’m now in Holland for 24 hours officially starting pre-pre-production for my next Epic Dutch movie “754 AC”, a Dutch braveheart story about king Red Bad shooting in Holland in September 2017.”

So the title is DEAD AGAIN IN TOMBSTONE and it will likely come out in 2017.

I wonder if Mickey Rourke will return; more news when we get it…
