Godzilla & Pacific Rim Sequels Get New Official Titles

You can never go wrong with large monsters destroying things and today it’s been announced that the Godzilla sequel will officially be called Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Not just that but rumour has it that King Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra will be the big guy’s adversaries. I sure hope so as I loved the Mothra Easter egg in the first movie.

The upcoming Pacific Rim sequel also has had a title change and will be called Pacific Rim: Uprising; Maelstrom was apparently just a working title but I’ll admit that I thought Maelstrom was less generic.

So there’s your monster movie news for today; anyone as excited about Kong: Skull Island as I am? I can’t wait.
